Wednesday Woodwork – got some shop time

Well I managed a couple of hours in the shop this weekend.  Had to work around a few boxes of electrical supplies and cabinets that we took out of the kitchen but I found my scroll saw and got some work done on the cross.

Here’s a few shots of how far I got.

Well it won’t be done by Easter but the church is haven’t a craft fair in June and plan on showing this then.

If you need me – I’ll be in the shop

The cross on the saw. Put a tap measure there so you could get an idea of the size.

Here's the cross on the scroll saw. Yes, I have to use the magnifier to see while cutting.

I can WELL understand the the use of a magnifier – especially the older I get – but you’re doing intricate work here.
