Hope you’re enjoying your day. I am taking the week off from writing, so here is a picture from our hike yesterday at Wilder Ranch State Park.

It was a great day to be out, sunny but not hot. Breezy not windy. I’ve got a ton of stuff I want to write about and will get to it later in the week. I’d tell you why I am not writing, but that would take 500 words and I am taking the weekend off.

It was a great day. We don’t hike there much as it’s a bit of a drive, but I love it when we have the time to go that far.

I just took that walk a few weeks ago. We went for breakfast in Davenport and then walked the walk. Lots of wildflowers and sea lions!

We did go as far up as Davenport this time. Just had a picnic lunch out by the old farm buildings. It’s a great place. Sadly, the wildflowers are mostly done now.
