It was so cold this morning I had to scrape ice off my windshield. The only thing I had was my supermarket loyalty card – only managed to get 10% off.
The house was so cold this morning, we didn’t clean it, we defrosted it.
It was so cold, my shadow froze to the sidewalk.
It was so cold that politicians had their hands in their own pockets.
What is the name for a cold ghost? Casp-burrr
LOL. A frozen shadow.

Love the first one. I won’t look at my supermarket loyalty card the same way ever again.

We got seven inches of that white stuff on Thursday, then another two on Saturday. Today we’re balmy at 35°!
Mind over matter, Andrew. Mind over matter. 😉

Here it got up to 46 today. No white stuff yet, but I have added a snow shovel to my shopping list. I was going to get a flamethrower, but apparently the neighbors have objected to that idea … sigh …

Love the last one, Andrew! Hope you’re having a good weekend. We have some much needed cooler weather now, but possible power outage tomorrow night through Monday morning for fire danger. Sigh…

We’re getting our first frost of the year tonight. No power cuts here. Just lots of cold

First one very clever.
I use Cas-Burr will be a good one for my Grandkids.
Thanks for bringing a little laughter to my Fridays.

I had suggested that you take up skiing. But I guess that idea never gained any traction.
