Wednesday Working – Bunnies

Spring is in the air and I’m in the scroll saw shop. It’s not quite warm enough to start doing yardwork, but Easter is this Sunday and we’re doing some egg decorating. I wanted to do something interest with that so I found this interesting pattern on-line:

Bunnies!!! Yeah, I sprayed too much glue on some.

These little bunnies hold your eggs after you dye them:

Well, you’d use a white egg and it would be a different color. This egg became breakfast after the photo.

I thought it was cute so I made a bunch of them:

I have four more on the saw so we’ll have eight in total:

looks like one escaped

I’ve started one other long term project in the shed:

But more about that next week. That’s it for this week, if you need me, I’ll be in the shed looking for that missing bunny rabbit.

  1. Fabulous find. You did a beautiful job on the bunnies. Great idea!! The next project looks very intricate with the cross, that will be spectacular.too.

  2. The bunnies are so cute! They look like like the kind of satisfying project you can tackle and complete on the same day. The cross… not so much. You do like challenges, don’t you? :-)

Oh my – want to sell a half-dozen of those bunnies? My daughter would love to have them grace her dining table along with all of her other Easter decor. Very creative.

  4. I had to laugh that you made more bunnies because you know…bunnies reproduce abundantly. Ha! Anyway, the bunnies are really cute but I’m intrigued by your new project and can’t wait to see it. Happy Resurrection Day to you and yours!

Great job on the bunnies, but separate them or you’re going to have 100 bunnies 😄
