Being as tomorrow is one of the days I go to the Silver Sneakers gym, I know I’ll be thinking of this and laughing. [hope no one calls for the straight jacket guys!!] 🙂

I was able to do it when I was a child, and am happy with the memory, but no longer need to repeat the activity.

Sadly, I wasn’t able to do it as a child either. Well, maybe when I was two. Past that, I’m stiff city.

Well, I would not dare to question your knowledge on the subject, but will only point out that younger spines are far more flexible than the older, heavily used spines like I have… 😉

Haha, I take it you’re not a yoga fan? However far down we can reach is fine–doesn’t have to be the toes. Just so long as we’re stretching our goods. 🙂
