I worked in the high tech world doing software release engineering and am now retired. Then I got prostate cancer. Now I am a blogger and work in my wood shop doing scroll saw work and marquetry.

      At my college, the English Society was ask to come up with a sign for the high school recruiting day that would encourage high schoolers to enroll in English. Their sign read, “English – Because there’s no math!”

      as I recall, there was a lot of activity at the English table …
